Hother Associates act on a regular basis for Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group plc as Quantity Surveyors, Employer’s Agent and Planning Supervisors and successfully completed this design and build office fit-out contract for R&SA’s Direct Retail department in Peterborough.

30,000 ft² of offices on the ground and first floors were fitted out to a high standard of finish, whilst incorporating sophisticated mechanical, electrical and communications systems. As well as the general office areas a bespoke computer room, reception area and video conferencing facility were provided within the 19 week contract period. Sectional Completion was employed to allow the early occupation of the Client’s F.M. department.
