Hother Associates acted as Quantity Surveyors for The Crown Estate on this office and common parts refurbishment/fit-out project. The reception, circulation and toilet areas were refurbished to a high standard of finish and the office areas incorporate the requirements of a modern office whilst retaining and enhancing the original features of the building. The building was equipped with new air conditioning and secondary glazing.
