Hother Associates acted as Quantity Surveyors for the Bank of East Asia Ltd on the provision of their new banking hall and high security vault installation.

Basement storage accommodation was radically converted to incorporate specialised security/data equipment and associated sophisticated M&E services. Specific logistical problems involved highly restricted access and the security implications of working under and within an operating bank.

The project also involved the complete re-fitting of the banking hall with high quality finishes and a specialist security counter, all within a 12 week contract period.
