Hother Associates acted as Quantity Surveyors and Employer’s Agent on this £1,800,000 office refurbishment and fit-out for Royal & Sun Alliance plc. All of the works took place whilst the building was occupied and provided a remodelled reception, refurbished common parts and toilets and refurbished office floors for various R&SA departments, each with their particular requirements. Mechanical and electrical services and plant were overhauled and/or replaced and completely updated IT facilities provided.
