Primary Care Trust Health Centre

Horsham District Council wished to develop a new health centre in Steyning for West Sussex Primary Care NHS Trust. Hother Associates acted as Quantity Surveyors for both Horsham District Council and the Trust and also provided CDM Co-ordinator services up to the appointment of the design & build contractor.

Work on this new three storey health centre completed on site in the summer of 2008. The works were carried out under a design and build contract, after a procurement process following the OJEC procedures.

The building provides a wide range of facilities to the community, including consulting and treatment rooms, a pharmacy and a dental suite.
