10 Hanover Street, London W1

10 Hanover Street, London W1 underwent a complete strip and new retail and office fit out for the incoming tenant, Christofle, the specialist silverware retailer. Hother Associates acted as Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators.

The upper floors were fully refurbished to provide three levels of office/administrative accommodation, together with a first floor retail display area, capable of being utilised for private viewings.

The basement was fully racked out for storage and the ground floor was fitted out with bespoke top quality joinery display units. The retail space also benefited from a new plasterboard ceiling with integral specialist lighting, timber flooring and a new shop front and display area.

New comfort cooling was provided to both the offices and the retail area and the toilet facilities were upgraded.

The contract was carried out under a design and build form in an overall contract period of eight weeks, with early occupation being provided to the upper floor offices for the tenant after only six weeks.
