Hother Associates were engaged by Karen Millen Ltd as quantity surveyors on the fitting-out of their new shops in Liverpool city centre and the Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield, both of which were carried out to tight timescales to allow an early commencement of trading.

In addition to our roles on these specific projects, our commission included the carrying out of a full review of the procedures under which Karen Millen procure and manage the fitting of their retail premises.
