Vines BMW

Hother Associates were appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the BMW and Mini dealerships at Redhill and Guildford, operated by Vines Group.

The Redhill project consisted of three new-build steel framed buildings being the BMW dealership, Mini dealership and car preparation facility, together with extensive external works for car display and storage. The main building on site is a two-storey structure of approximately 2,200m2.

The Guildford project involved the remodelling, extension and refurbishment of two existing building to create new BMW, Mini and motorcycle showrooms, full workshop facilities, a parts department, customer lounges, staff canteen and offices.
