Arsenal Legends and Woolwich Bars

Hother Associates were appointed as Project Managers, Employer's Agents, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators for this extremely fast-track £4M fit-out of the Woolwich and Legends bars to the Emirates Stadium for Arsenal Football club. Three large bars, two a la carte restaurants, two buffet restaurants and large lounge seating areas were fully fitted out (including all furniture) within the eleven week closed season period, ready for admission of the Arsenal faithful on the first day of the 2010/11 season. The level of finish was extremely high and has set the standard for Premiership and Champions League hospitality.

Recently Arsenal and designers 20/20 were awarded ‘Project of the Year’ in The Stadium Business Awards for the installation. The judges said, “for not resting on previous success and taking a new stadium to even greater success... for transforming an under-performing space and creating ‘club within club’ spaces to create unique, intimate experiences which appeal to increasingly diverse customer segments... for creating an environment that immerses fans in the beauty and detail of Arsenal’s rich history”.
