Hother Associates acted for Kiku Restaurants Limited as Quantity Surveyors and Planning Supervisors on the fitting out of their Japanese Restaurant in Mayfair, Central London.

The Restaurant has 100 covers, a bespoke Sushi Bar and a separate function room for private parties.

With a contract period of 12 weeks and residential tenants to the rear and above, the project posed particular logistical problems in order to satisfy the requirements of the City of Westminster.

The Restaurant is fitted out to a high standard of finish with maple paneling and specialized plaster to the walls, slate flooring, Japanese style joinery and it is fully air-conditioned.
