Hother Associates acted as quantity surveyors on the construction of this new build residential and retail development on a former factory site.

Sixteen residential units, nine retail shell units and a basement car park were constructed on the site of a former clothing factory in Ilford, Essex.

Following a single stage competitive tender, the works were let on the basis of a design and build contract, which incorporated sectional completion to allow early handover of the retail units.
