34-35 Fitzroy Square London W1

Hother Associates were engaged as Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators on this high quality refurbishment of two single Grade I Robert Adams designed residences on Fitzroy Square.

The existing properties have, until recently, been in use as a language school and they are to be restored to their intended use and former glory. Given their Robert Adams design and Grade I listing, English Heritage are taking a keen interest in every aspect of the design and construction.

The buildings’ layouts are being returned to their original proportions, with additional leisure facilities being provided at basement level.

All aspects of the design and specification are of the highest quality, with specialists being employed for many items such as fireplaces, windows, cornicing etc. State of the art M&E services will also be installed.
