Hother Associates provided a full project management service to Shaftesbury plc on the refurbishment of this building on the Carnaby Estate. In addition to our normal contract administration, quantity surveying and planning supervision services, we also on this occasion undertook the design. The ground floor and basement of the building were stripped out and renovated to provide a retail shell for fitting out by an incoming tenant, with the upper floors being refurbished and fully fitted out to provide self contained residential units.
