Hother Associates were engaged as quantity surveyors on this extensive refurbishment of four existing mews properties in a sensitive area in close proximity to two Ambassadors’ residences.

Features included new slate pitched roofs with rooflights, engineered timber floors with underfloor heating and bespoke marble and glass bathrooms.

The works were completed over nine months, successfully overcoming particular site constraints concerning noise and security.
