Hother Associates acted as Quantity Surveyors and Employer’s Agent on this mixed use Thames riverside development at Deptford Creek for P&B Developments Ltd.

Following demolition of the existing Borthwick Wharf building, the listed facades of Payne’s Wharf have been retained and are being incorporated within the new prestigious development.

Seven separate blocks (up to 16 storey) will provide 257 new apartments together with 35,000ft² of commercial space and an underground car park for 200 cars.

The scheme has involved complex negotiations with the London Borough of Greenwich, English Heritage and several local interest groups/ bodies. This impressive development will include the latest renewable energy technology and several ecology measures to protect and develop the local wildlife.
