Our ongoing relationship with Roehampton University continues with several campus
projects, which form part of the University's overall master plan.
August 2008
Works have commenced on site on the multi-million pound mixed use scheme in
Covent Garden. Hother Associates act as Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators.
May 2008
Hother Associates have been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
on a new £3M leisure complex within the Gateshead Metro Centre for Namco.

During February 2007 we were appointed as quantity surveyors on three high
quality residential refurbishment projects for The Wellcome Trust.
January 2008
Our ongoing relationship with The Telegraph continues with an appointment
to manage the upgrade of the air conditioning within their headquarters building.
Also, we have this month been appointed as quantity surveyors by AFC Wimbledon
for improvement works to their ground.

We have been appointed Cost Consultants on a series of substantial elderly
care homes for Barchester Healthcare Limited
October 2007
Following demolition and archaeology at Payne's and Borthwick Wharves,
ground has been broken with the commencement of piling. Hother Associates
are Project Managers and QS

Hother Associates have been appointed as Project Monitor for two multi-unit
residential schemes by Barclays Bank plc and Coutts & Co.
